This free, ongoing class teaches participants to pay attention to their level of stress. You will learn why stress, when left unchecked, can lead to disease and what you can do to interrupt the body's response to stress. Meditation principles are taught as well as other practices that can be used every day. The group meets on the fourth Monday of each month from 6:30-8pm. Call 443-444-4100 to register.
