Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. We will work with all patients to obtain proper documentation. Insurances accepted: Medicare, This service is provided by Certified Pedorthists, CPED, and fully trained footcare specialists. No appointmen necessary, wheelchair accessible

CLB provides programs and services to people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired, regardless of their ability to pay.

Programs and services include adaptive technology, professional and career services training, low vision services, rehabilitation, counseling, children's services, independent living and older adult programs.
